We provide authentication exclusively through Google and Facebook. By signing in, you authorize us to collect and store your:

  • Profile picture
  • First and last name

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Misusing or interfering with the functionality of the Services.

  • Uploading or sharing content that is harmful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services for violating these Terms.

4. Fees and Payments

Our Services are free during the Alpha phase. Afterward, subscription fees may apply. Payment processing will be facilitated through third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information.
  • Comply with the terms of the payment provider.
  • Accept that all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. User Content

You may create and manage content, such as your inventory and wishlist of plant varieties. By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content.
  • Your content does not violate the rights of others or any applicable laws.

We do not claim ownership of your content but reserve the right to use it to provide and improve the Services.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our Services integrate third-party tools for user behavior tracking. By using the Services, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not liable for their actions or omissions.

11. Termination

  • Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of New Hampshire. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.
